Camp notes
Family Fun session - £20 for up to 4 family members, same household.
Members and non members welcome
If you have more than 4 family members you can pay £5 extra on the day.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Children with Down Syndrome, Brittle Bones, Detaching Retina, Rodded back or who have additional medical needs will need to fill in additional medical forms before participation, these may in some cases include medical screening advised by our governing body.

Parents are not permitted to use the gymnastics equipment under any circumstances. We know it's hard to resist but we do run adult gymnastics and parkour sessions, if you would like to try these.
Adults can use the gym equipment at the back of the room. This will be entirely at your own risk.
For safety reasons only two people at a time on the fast track (long trampoline) No adults and children at the same time.
Please ask the coaches if you have any questions, they are there to help and keep you safe.

We don't allow Jewellery in the gym, no socks to stop slipping, no zips or buckles please.
Please understand that these rules are set for safety for all our members. We want you to have fun, but safely. However, if they are not adhered to throughout the session, we will have to ask you to leave with no refund.
