Our SEN Gymnastics Freeplay sessions offer a calm, inclusive space where children can explore gymnastics at their own pace. These child-led sessions allow gymnasts to move freely, choose activities they enjoy, and build confidence through play and exploration.

With smaller groups and a relaxed atmosphere with no music, children are supported by qualified coaches. Parents and carers will be required to stay and support their child throughout.
